This Payment & Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Dezine Café through https://dezinecafe.com. By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Project Order Process
To initiate a project with Dezine Café:
- The client must fill out the official Project Order Form available on our website.
- Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information regarding their project requirements.
- After submission, the Dezine Café team will contact the client as soon as possible to understand the project in detail.
No project work begins without proper discussion and confirmation.
2. Project Discussion & Payment Structure
Once the project scope, timeline, and deliverables are finalized:
- A payment link will be shared by the Dezine Café team.
- 50% of the total project cost must be paid in advance to initiate the project.
- Work will only begin after the advance payment is received.
This advance payment confirms the booking and allocation of resources.
3. Project Execution & Delivery
- The project will be completed according to the agreed timeline and scope.
- Every effort is made to deliver the project within the committed deadline.
- Upon completion, the project will be shared with the client for review.
- Any agreed-upon changes or corrections will be made at this stage.
4. Final Payment & Project Handover
- Before final delivery, the remaining 50% payment must be cleared in full.
- Final project files will be delivered immediately after full payment is received.
- Dezine Café reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until payment is completed.
5. Refund Policy (Important)
Please note the following carefully:
- No refunds are provided once the project has started or after the project is completed.
- The 50% advance payment is non-refundable once work has begun.
- Payments made after project completion are also non-refundable.
This policy applies to all Designing, Editing, and AI-based services.
6. Refund Eligibility (Exception Case)
A 100% refund of the project payment amount is only possible under the following condition:
- If the project is not delivered to the client at all, due to verified failure from Dezine Café’s side.
In such cases:
- The refund will be processed only after proper verification.
- Any extra charges, third-party costs, or processing fees incurred will be deducted.
- The remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
No other scenarios qualify for a refund.
7. Additional Charges
- Any additional requests, revisions beyond scope, or extra services may result in additional charges.
- These charges are non-refundable once approved and executed.
8. Payment Methods
Payments may be accepted through secure payment links or authorized payment gateways shared by the Dezine Café team.
Clients are responsible for ensuring successful payment completion.
9. Policy Updates
Dezine Café reserves the right to modify this Payment & Refund Policy at any time.
Any updates will be reflected on this page, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the revised policy.
